In my related blog post about Remapping the Universe with fantastic new technologies, I was fascinated about that presentation.
Well, now Microsoft has got in to the game with Microsoft Surface.
This is equally fascinating in my opinion. I certainly hope that we will see this technology became available soon.

Yesterday Microsoft released the final RTM version 1.0 of ASP.NET AJAX.
If you don't know that AJAX is then have a look here.
It is interesting to see what others have built using this framework.
Our plan is to incorporate AJAX for an upcoming online presets viewer/editor for the Online Radio Tuner radio station presets.
In the ASP.NET AJAX Forums there are more than 250 000 users generating close to 1.5 million posts.

Is now seems that Perceptive Pixel has made a fully functional working technology for this kind of user interface.
Just look at this:
If you can't see the video, here's a direct link.
Read the article here.
I like it a lot.
But even if the GUI used in the movie Minority Report was intriguing, I suppose that Johnny Mnemonic was running the prototype...
You can also read about a similar technology from Cynergy here.
