New version of Online Radio Tuner released

Today, v1.2.3 was released with the following changes:

- NEW: When the mouse pointer is moved over the Album Art, it changes to a hand.
- FIX: M3U playlist parsing fixed.
- FIX: Searching for Album Art improved.
- FIX: A nasty exception could be thrown when searching for Album Art (The program would crash).
- FIX: At startup, the program could in some cases always check for updated presets, despite the settings in Tools->Options.
