How to fix Presets window issue after upgrade

After you have upgraded to the latest v2.x , you may experiencing difficulties to display the new presets window. The symptoms may be that the program seems to hang.

In that case, go to Tools->Options and click the "Reset" button.

Answer "Yes" on the following dialog.

After you have re-started the program, the presets window should now show up normally again.
